All orders are processed and dropped off with Royal Mail every Wednesday morning, each week. All products include free Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery to addresses within mainland U.K. Orders shipped overseas will incur additional delivery charges (below).
Dispatch estimates will be in the product description. Any products in the same order as pre-orders will be shipped together when ready, as you have paid one shipping charge. If you would like other items before the pre-orders are ready, please order them separately. We can also arrange this at a later date if you change your mind and want the rest of your items sooner.
Orders within mainland UK are estimated to take 3-10 working days. If you require speedy delivery for a certain date, email us and we will try to help.
Orders for the rest of the world are estimated to take 5-14 working days. Please note, we are currently not shipping internationally while we organise our post-Brexit shipping requirements. We offer both standard and tracked shipping options worldwide.

Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived post 14 working days of shipping to a mainland UK address, please email us and we can see whether delivery has been attempted or not.
If your order has not arrived post 20 working days of shipping to the rest of the world address, please email us and we can see whether delivery has been attempted or not.
Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them free of charge. However, do send us an email at email@example.com if you believe your order is lost as we can contact Royal Mail on your behalf for more information.
UK: Per product, delivery costs range from just £1 to £3.50 for 2nd Class, £1.50 to £4 for 1st Class and £7 to £8.50 for your parcel to be tracked. Additional products will increase the postage cost, however these are the maximum rates. If the checkout says there is no shipping available, you have ordered an amount that is too heavy for us to post to you. Please split your items up into two orders, or email us for help.
Europe: Per product, delivery costs range from £3.50 - £9 for standard shipping and £11.50 to £16 for your order to be tracked. Rest of the world: Our delivery costs range from £3.50 to £14 and £12.50 to £19.50 for your order to be tracked. This may vary depending on the amount of your order, so to check the price, simply follow through to the checkout page. If the checkout says there is no shipping available, you have ordered an amount that is too heavy for us to post to you. Please split your items up into two orders, or email us for help.
Please note: We are currently only able to fulfil international orders under a certain weight whilst we transition onto new shipping rates. This is why you might receive a "shipping unavailable to your location" message at checkout. This is only temporary and normal international postage will resume in a couple of weeks.
Delivery Address Wrong or Incomplete
In the event of this you must contact us immediately, before the item is dispatched. We won't be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. Hopefully the item will be returned to us, and then we will offer to refund your order (minus postage) or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with an updated address.
If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it for you. If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is a clear print/production error.
Although we take care to package goods appropriately, accidents can happen during transit, and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.
